Mithiyos sells digital software licences and online services. No physical goods are shipped, so no shipping charges apply and no courier delivery is involved.
1. Digital delivery
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you are taken to a secure activation page where your AI Agent Kit download is made available immediately. A copy of the order details is shown on that page for your records.
2. Service delivery and onboarding
- Our team contacts you within 1–2 working days of purchase to begin onboarding.
- Setup of your automation environment and first AI agent is typically completed within 3–7 working days, depending on the plan and how quickly your business information and channel access are provided.
- Ongoing work under your plan (new workflows, monitoring, updates) continues throughout the plan period.
3. If you do not receive your download
If the activation page does not open or the download does not start, email info@mithiyos.in with your Order ID. We will send the download link manually, usually within a few hours.
