Mithiyos respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address and phone number when you place an order or contact us, and the business details you share with us during onboarding.
- Order information: the plan purchased, order reference, amount and payment status received from the payment gateway.
- Technical information: basic log data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to prevent abuse.
2. Payment information
We do not collect or store your card number, UPI PIN, netbanking credentials or any payment credentials. All payments are processed on the secure servers of RBI-authorised payment gateways, who handle that data under their own privacy policies and PCI-DSS obligations. We receive only the order reference, amount and success or failure status.
3. How we use your information
- To deliver your purchase, including the download and onboarding.
- To build, train and support the AI agents covered by your plan.
- To send order confirmations, renewal reminders and service updates.
- To answer your support queries.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us deliver our services — for example payment gateways, hosting providers, email delivery services and the automation or AI platforms used to run your agents — and only to the extent required. We may disclose information where required by law.
5. Business content and AI training
Content you give us to train your agents (such as product details, prices and FAQs) is used only to operate your agents. We do not use your business content to train agents for other customers.
6. Data retention
We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Other personal data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to order records. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies
The Website uses only the cookies necessary for the site and checkout to function, and basic analytics where enabled. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
9. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must retain by law. Write to us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
10. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 18.
