These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Mithiyos (the “Company”, “we”, “us”) and the purchase of our software licences and services through https://mithiyos.in/ (the “Website”). By purchasing from us or using the Website, you agree to these terms.
1. What we provide
We provide business automation and AI services, including:
- AI Agent Software Licence — an annual licence covering our AI agent software, workflow pack and the n8n automation environment, together with a downloadable starter kit.
- AI Agent service plans — monthly or annual plans under which our team builds, trains, monitors and maintains AI agents for your business.
- Website security and related digital services, where purchased.
The AI Agent Software Licence and the service plans may be purchased in any order, and either may be purchased on its own. If you buy both, please use the same email address so that we can link them to one account.
2. Orders, pricing and taxes
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) on the Website and are payable in advance for the selected period. Prices may be revised at any time, but a revision will not affect a period you have already paid for. Applicable taxes, if any, are charged as per Indian law.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by RBI-authorised payment gateways. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials. Your order is confirmed only after the gateway reports a successful payment.
4. Licence and permitted use
The AI Agent Software Licence is a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software and workflow pack for your own business for the licence period. You may not resell, sublicense, publicly redistribute or reverse-engineer the software. Workflows and automations we build for you remain usable by you.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us, for the lawful use of the agents we build, and for the content your agents are trained on. You must not use our services for any unlawful, misleading or abusive purpose, or to send unsolicited bulk messages in violation of applicable law or platform rules.
6. Third-party services
Our services work alongside third-party platforms such as n8n, AI model providers (for example OpenAI), messaging providers and your own hosting or CRM. Usage charges billed by those providers are payable directly by you and are not included in our fees. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or price changes of third-party providers.
7. Renewals and cancellation
Plans are billed one period at a time and do not auto-renew. We send a renewal link before your period ends. You may choose not to renew at any time. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. Service levels and support
Support response times, number of agents, channels and included workflows depend on the plan you purchase, as described on the Website at the time of purchase.
9. Limitation of liability
Our services are provided on a best-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the period in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data or business opportunity.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to purchases made after it is posted.
